With our service, you will no longer have to worry about restroom and cleaning supplies and equipment, because we manage it all for you and provide our own supplies and equipment.

We provide quick response to your needs and offer specialized cleaning services such as carpet spotting, carpet cleaning, hard floor care, window washing, and construction clean-up.

Our operation is fully automated. We track sales and costs of each building in order to measure productivity and efficiency. We use a computerized Telephone Timekeeping System that allows us to accurately track each employee’s time and location and ensure proper coverage for each building. Our accounting system is also automated, ensuring accurate and timely billing.

All rates depend on condition and size of house.
 

Other

Changing beds, doing laundry, washing dishes, organizing household items all qualify as “maid service” and are charged extra. Carpet Cleaning/Spotting, Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning, bulk trash/debris removal, etc. are periodic “maintenance” services and are billed at the current hourly rate.

First time cleaning

Includes general cleaning throughout the whole house, checking for cobwebs, dusting, baseboards, dusting window frames, cleaning of fans and vents.

Regular clients:

Cleaning inside the oven, refrigerator or cabinets will generally be charged extra.

Empty houses (Real Estate, Commercial, etc.):

Price depends on size and condition. On-site estimate may be required.

Very Heavy Cleaning:

Estimate could be more, e.g. $400 – $500. (special cases that need extra cleaning may require on-site estimate).

Trip Charge:

(Applies for those homes we don’t have a key for) There will be a $25 trip charge if cleaning is scheduled and the team arrives and the door is locked or if nobody is home and the team is unable to clean.

Payment:

We accept Cash, Checks and Credit Cards

Note:

The price range given by phone/email should be considered to be a rough estimate only. Once the team arrives and begins cleaning, they will have a better perception of what’s required and the cost. The team will be aware of the estimated range at the time of service. After the first cleaning we will discuss the cleaning with the team leader and assess the rate for future cleanings.
